We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our products.

How we ship

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through a carefully chosen network of partners around the world.

To ensure faster delivery and reduce costs, orders are produced and dispatched by a partner closest to the delivery address whenever possible. We aim to produce and dispatch all products locally within each country, and try avoid shipping from one country to another.

In some cases, an item may be produced and shipped from a different country due to availability, stock levels, or production constraints.

This approach helps us to:

  • Deliver orders more quickly
  • Keep shipping costs as low as possible
  • Reduce the likelihood of customs delays and fees

Shipping times

  • Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 – 5 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as holidays and sales events.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected products.

We offer free shipping on orders over €50 (or the equivalent in your local currency, automatically shown at checkout).

International shipping

We ship worldwide, subject to product availability and local delivery restrictions.

Some products may not be available in certain countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, this will be shown at checkout. You may contact us to explore alternative options.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Where possible, we ship orders domestically to avoid additional charges.

However, if your order is shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • The responsibility of the customer
  • Not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated

We are not responsible for these fees or delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Tracking your order

All shipped orders include tracking once dispatched.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking details are also available in the Order Details section of your Shop Account.

You can use the tracking link to monitor delivery progress and view estimated arrival dates.

Please not that tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Missing packages

If your package appears to be missing or lost in transit:

  • If marked as delivered, check your property, any safe delivery locations, and with neighbours or household members.
  • Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
  • Contact the local courier or postal service to check if the package is being held.
  • If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can investigate.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose between:

  • A reprint (additional charges may apply), or
  • A partial refund

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 28 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
