How to download your digital product from Etsy

If you want to access a digital item you purchased on Etsy, please follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and visit to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to your order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
4. Next to the file/files you want to download, click the 'Download' button and this will automatically download your file.
5. Depending on your computer, it may automatically go to your 'Downloads' folders or a window may appear asking you to chose a folder to save to.
6. Once downloaded, navigate to the file and open it. Be sure to read any instructions or 'read me' documents that may be included.

Unfortunately due to Etsy app limitations, you cannot access your downloads on the Etsy app. You'll need to complete the steps above on Etsy in your mobile browser or on your computer.
