Do your twins actually sleep at the same time or is that a myth??
FTM with 4 month old twins here. I've always heard that I should "keep them on the same schedule" but I swear they take turns waking up like they’ve signed a contract. One wakes, I feed, settle… then the other wakes immediately. Please tell me this gets better 😭
It does get better! But the hardest thing about having twins is the logistics nobody warns you about... sleeping, feeding, leaving the house, remembering which baby you just burped etc! It's a bit crazy in the beginning but you'll find your rhythm eventually. One day at a time. Maybe try ignoring the "let sleeping babies lie" advice and wake the other when one wakes? That system might work better for you
I tried the 'never wake a sleeping baby' advice and it was the worst parenting decision of my life. Try it, it might work for you
