Is my Community Profile discoverable by search engines?

No. You have to be logged in to our website to view Community Profiles.

This means that your profile isn’t publicly visible to search engines, but it is visible to all members of our community.

However, your Account Handle and the link to your Community Profile is displayed next to each post you make. Because the forum is open, all posts can be indexed by search engines, and they may see the Account Handle and Community Profile link (but the link will redirect them to the login page).

If you’d like extra privacy, you have the option to post anonymously. Remember to always avoid sharing identifying information in your posts.
