Why do some products only ship to certain countries?

We aim to make all of our products available in all countries, but that's not always possible.

To give you the best shipping experience possible, we work with trusted partners in select regions so that most items can be shipped locally, instead of one country to another. This approach helps us to deliver orders more quickly, keep shipping costs as low as possible, and reduce the likelihood of customs delays and fees. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

This means:

• We focus on local fulfilment to keep things quick and affordable.
• If an item is only produced in the US, we might not be able to ship it from there to the UK.
• If an item is not available for a particular region, we try offer a similar alternative.
